At My Favorite Things, our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

This means that if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to us. We'll gladly offer you an in-store credit, an exchange for merchandise, or a refund to your credit card (for online orders only, and within certain conditions). Just make sure your return meets our eligibility criteria and falls within the specified guidelines.

• Returns are accepted within 21 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and free from smoke or odors.
• Only regularly stocked items are eligible; special orders for out-of-stock items are non-returnable.

Items not available for return include personalized or special ordered merchandise, seasonal items (including but not limited to Christmas, Fall/Halloween, Valentine's Day, Easter), Sale items, lighting, or furniture.

All Christmas merchandise is considered final sale as of December 15th.

If purchased online:

Email your return request to shopmftorders@gmail.com. We'll review and respond within 2 business days with a response.

If you have requested a refund, we will credit your original payment the amount of the item, less any shipping/handling charges and tax, if applicable. Please note that returns over $500 will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee to help offset transaction costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment and cannot be applied to a different credit card. If you would like to exchange your item, you are responsible for the return shipping to our store. 

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date.

Returning a Gift?

No worries—we’ll keep it between us. Gift returns are eligible for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date (not the date you received the gift). So if it’s not quite your style, don’t wait too long to send it back!

Christmas Exchange Policy:

We love the holidays—and we know gift-giving doesn’t always go perfectly. That’s why we extend our return window each season. Purchases made starting November 1 are eligible for exchange through January 15 of the following year. Christmas themed merchandise excluded.
