Jamaican Jerk Spice

Jerk is a true invention of Jamaica, but the good folks at Lynchburg thought it could use a little extra punch and decided their local Tennessee whiskey was the answer. This jerk seasoning is a blend of spices (allspice, black pepper, red pepper, habanero and other spices), sugar, salt, thyme & Jack Daniel’s Black Label Whiskey. Use as is or blend with canola or olive oil and fresh habanero or scotch bonnet pepper and rub on chicken, pork, shrimp and more.
